Well, I like the new intro screen. I did like the old SEIV gold screen even better, though.

...the thing that is mildly annoying is that Strategy First logo that always comes up when you launch SEIV deluxe. That logo appears to have some sort of writing inside the circle but the lettering is stylized and I could never figure out what it says. It seems to say something like "I love LLL" and every time I see it, my mind tries to figure it out. It's getting frustrating because I don't understand what it says and yet I can't avoid seeing it all the time.

Even upon zooming in, I don't see any script. It looks like it's just fancy reflection effects to me, around the band of the outer ring.

I mean the stuff inside the circle, not around the band.

...Oh, I see now!! That stuff inside the circle is a soldier, astronaut and football player. I always thought that it was words inside and I didn't recognize that it's pictures of people. Those arms look like "LLL" and the heads look like some word like "Love" or something. It bothered me because it's so hard to read.

I feel kind of dumb. But I also feel better now that it's not so mysterious what that logo is.
