Wouldn't that offend the religious feelings of his followers? |

				 Turn 49
Turn 49 has been sent. C'tis has staled again.
The wyrm duel was a complete bust:
 1. King James summoned some imps.
 2. Sak killed a couple of the imps.
 3. The coward James promptly retreated.

I suppose this means that Sak was victorious since he stayed put, but it is difficult to say exactly what was won...

The next deadline in Sunday at 5 PM EST. If I do not hear from the staling C'tis soon, it will be time for a war proposal from Ronan.

BWARGH! I have no satisfaction! I think the all-too-clever King James sent imps to die in order to frighten himself away!
And he continues to send spies, assassins bearing Skull Talismen, and preachers to sneak into my lands!

 BWARGH!

				 Re: Turn 49
 I'm so embarrassed...
I entirely forgot about the "summoned creatures can make you rout, too" business.

If you look at the way I was equipped, and the other spells I would have cast, you would see that I intended to fight it out.

If Sak wishes to stay in the province one more turn, I will cede him the advantage of defense and attack next turn (with a new script).

 That's a wyrmly wyrm!
If someone could post a transcript or screenshots or something of the new (real) battle, that would be lovely. I unfortunately don't have any sneakers anywhere remotely close...

 Note to all COW players:
I have fixed my email problems. It seems that the COX internet provider will NOT send an email message from a comcast.net account (it probably has something to do with being a competitor). Anyway, this means I now have another new email account.

I don't want to post it here because of all the bots searching forums for email addresses to send spam. But I will say that my account is the same name as my old one except change the '@comcast.net' to '@cox.net'.

Also, I will continue to receive all incoming mail from my comcast account for the indefinite future.

There is, by the way, a proposition up before the council. Something about some oceans somewhere... |

				 Re: Turn 49
Voting on Proposition28 has been extended by 24 as we failed to have a quorum (by one vote) in the first 24 hour period*.
Go and exercise your Wyrmly duties:
Proposition28
*Note that this proposition counts as a normal weekday proposition as it was posted shortly before the weekend cutoff as currently designated in the Charter (which specifies the cut-off as a time in GMT - 7 (despite the hosting schedule now being specified in GMT - 5)). |
