AI Research Percentages question

50% = 2 projects. Dont know why you would want more than 4 projects in a queue. My Ai generally are restricted to 2, sometimes 3 when there are "cheap" projects in the queue.

I'm not asking if you would _want_ to, I'm asking if it is possible. Under certain circumstances, it might be advisable to make it 5 in que. At least for that first big point boost in high income starts, anyway....
