Even small nations can be a general nuisance to a large nation with a couple "paradrop" spells like Call of the Wild, or summoned SCs. And nukes are not the great equalizer... a small country may have a few nukes, but the large country has a few hundred. And I see you've never wished for Armageddon or cast Burden of Time...

I have never had much success with CoW(ind/ild). I seem to breed cowards. 3 PD is often enough to send my Canines and my birdbrainis packing.
