He was in multiple episodes causing trouble.

Kinsey was using him against the SGC for some time, and had him push the propaganda to the new prez after the election, too.

Eh. I havn't really kept up with SG. For some reason, the later stuff just isn't as interesting.

Although it might just be my general disinterest in tv right now.
