They've made several new versions of Harpoon since the original release. Are you living under a rock or something?

I tried the link to that French naval mod however it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone else have this problem?
Harpoon 3 Advanced Naval Warfare is in the final stages of beta testing so it should be released fairly soon. This version is multi-player capable! Yay!!
