You don't edit that hex. You edit the V hex flags. Press " N " then " O "( the letter not the number ) to center the red hex outline on the V hex you are working on. Once you see the red outline around the one in the upper left move it to where you want it. There were a half dozen or so in the upper left. Attached is the correction. You just need to ensure they have no value then hide them in with the ones that do have value( the one "Russian" one was worth 200 points and that's why all the Brits went for it )

Thanks a lot Don I see clear now, my problem was I didn´t know there were a dozen of them in the upper left, I thought it was just one and that´s why I believed I couldn´t edit it properly.
