What the hex is \"End of Culture\"?
4th june
* Quitting Dom3 clients will disconnect after a 5 seconds timeout if server is busy.
* New switches: --uploadmaxp, --randmap.
* New names for AI switches.
* Smoulderghost
* New spells (most of them national): Summon Spectral Infantry, Tempering the Will, Stand Firm, Celestial Chastisement, End of Culture, End of Weakness, Arcane Bolt, Conflagration, Hydrophobia, Inner Furnace, Celestial Music.
* Random map can be selected from text mode as well.

Personally, I get excited everytime I see anything in the progress page about switches and map commands.

I suspect it's something for Pangaea. Aren't they all fired up about ending the civilization (breweries excluded)?

Well, your guess is as good as anyone's.
Maybe it changes the Order scale in a targeted province to Turmoil-3?
Or maybe its a global that changes the entire world's scales to Turmoil-3?
