Default Gilders after WW2

I found a book about transport gilders during WW2 and than after war that what is intresting is many cautrys use his ww2 gilders to the 1955 about.

Russia
build new types after war

- C-25 gilders production about 50 in 1946

I don't have certain information but i thing they use his wartime Horsa and Hamilcar to the time when accept in service first hevy helicopters.

Great information. Prior to the end of the war the US Army wanted to build about 139 CG-10 gliders, in order to lift an entire airborne division in a single lift. The CG-10 was similar to the British Hamlicar. As you pointed out these gliders were not built due to the end of the war.
