Re: Link for the ANZAC Project Diary
Pyros,
I'm very excited about your soon-to-be-released campaign ! I've played some turns of your Kalpaki scenario (didn't have time to get far) and it's totally refreshing, challenging and innovative !
It's a real pleasure to still get new thrills with this old SP dog !

Re: Link for the ANZAC Project Diary
Merci PDF,
I hope that you will have the same good feelings toward me once your beloved veteran core force units become trapped by an AI encircle maneuver...
Here is the first hint of the campaign: During your first boost for core points I strongly advise you to buy a section of 6 in (on-map) artillery guns along with a section of ammo trucks.
Here is the second hint of the campaign: Use scouts and set their reaction range to 1.
These units might save you from some very unpleasant surprises.
cheers,
Pyros

Re: Link for the ANZAC Project Diary
Pyros,
My apologies for being AWOL for almost all of your project. My only excuse is that the ADF has been a little “busy” lately (esp. as it now looks in some quarters as we may re-visit the sites of some of our First World War battle honours - like Gaza, Romani, Beersheba, [and points further North] ... albeit with Blue Helmets on this time).
Is there anything I can do at this late stage - apart from raise a glass to you and your band of merry men (women)?

Re: Link for the ANZAC Project Diary
Hi Mark,
There is always time for contributing to the campaign...
I just need you to playtest me this 90 turns battle on this huge map against those 500 AI units within the next 10-12 hours...LOL
Seriously, there will be a second part of the campaign after September, so if you wish you may participate to the project during that designing session.
cheers,
Pyros
