It didn't cost that much more than a regular game when I pre-ordered. At the moment, it's only slightly higher (though when you take into account shipping and card charges it's roughly the same I'd expect to pay for the latest release in a store).

Mind you, that's probably the benefit of living in the UK at the moment. We're slowly climbing to $2 to �1.
