Seeing as C'tis is now AI, how do we feel about declaring open season on C'tis? In fact I would request that the four remaining consul members cast a vote on this matter, henceforth to be referred to as Proposal 42.

indeed. I do feel, however, that it will be difficult to beat tien chi, given their lead on the rest of us.

but it might be fun to see the intense battles, if and when the time comes (i have a feeling dom 3 will kill the game relatively soon.)
