Some of the old pretenders have vanished. Golden Naga, for instance. They might still appear on the unit list, but no nation can choose them. Lady of the Land has also vanished IIRC, but there are other Water gem-generating female pretenders now.
It seems you've updated most of the old forms, though, paths and all. Good work!

A list of the important changes I've seen in Dom2 gods :
- much bigger leadership for everyone
- most awe removed (except for the Virtue)
- Allfather more expensive (150 instead of 100)
- Arch Mage now F instead of nothing
- ***** Queen now N instead of nothing, and more expensive (60 instead of 25)
- Crone now D instead of nothing, and +50% hp (9 instead of 6)
- Dagon cheaper (100 instead of 120)
- Freak Lord now B instead of nothing
- Frost father now AW instead of W
- Ghost King more expensive (120 instead of 90), and dominion of 2 instead of 3
- Great Enchantress now ES instead of S
- Great Sage now S instead of nothing
- Great Seer of the Deep cheaper (35 instead of 55)
- Great Warlock Master Druid and Arch Druid less expensive
- Great White Bull cheaper (75 instead of 100)
- Lady of fortune now WSS instead of WWN
- Lich and lich-like gods have a fire susceptibility of 100%
- Master alchimist now E instead of nothing
- Master lich slightly more expensive (100 instead of 90) but new schools are cheaper (+20 each instead of +40)
- Medusa +50% hp (30 instead of 20), better dominion (2 instead of 1) and new name (gorgon)
- Moloch now FFB instead of FFF
- Naga now Mother of Monsters, and has DN instead of NN
- Nerid now NNW instead of WWW, and better dominion (3 instead of 2)
- Phoenix new schools are cheaper (+60 each instead of +80)
- Prince of Death more expensive (75 instead of 50)
- Serpent King now N instead of nothing
- Shedu cheaper (100 instead of 125)
- Skratti now B instead of nothing
- Son of Niefel now WD instead of WW, and more expensive (75 instead of 50)
- Sphinx cheaper again (25 instead of 60)
- Titan (male) now EAA instead of AAA
- Vampire queen more expensive again (175 instead of 150)
- Wyrm cheaper again (50 instead of 75)

I think Fear also vanished or got weaker values for most of those who had it. Fear in general should be more powerful, though. I haven't tested it.
