My copy arrived yesterday, but the inept postman couldn't figure out how to get into my flat and returned it to the depot.
So I picked it up on the way to work. Guess how much productivity just fell

Oh, good news for my fellow brits too - no customs duty, despite it having been returned to the depot. Guess either customs are asleep, or no duty is due.

The CD contains Linux, mac and windows installer.

Ah great since I just bought an iMac, I can use D3 witout having to switch to Windows! Ok, I guess I will order it...now!!!

They only sell linux-based games, but thats not quite the same as games that will only run on linux. Any game that can run on linux is in their scope. I greatly appreciate them limiting the view the way the do.

I don't understand one point: when I am in my shopping basket, I see "These games are only for use with the Linux operating system."

Does it mean they provide only the Linux installer???

I just got home from work. Only had a chance to browse the manual while running the installation. Haven't even played yet. While flipping through the manual to get a feel for it I noticed a paragraph on page 4 that left me scratching my head for a moment:

There is an Amber Clan backstory that is essential to playing Dominions 3, it plays such a pivotal role in the game everyone should know it if they truly wish to get the maximum amount of satisfaction out of the game. Here it goes: The Amber Clan Tritons mainly frolic, this has made them powerful. While frolicking they listen to whale songs, this has made them magical.
