I'd say the inf speeds are a bit too optmistic and upped for game requirements and balance Your average grunt is going to hump certan load and it's hard to run with that over long distances

By the way, is there some convention for trucks, utility cars and such or can I use the "max km/h speed divided by 3"?

Since that is the base formula we give in the mobhack help - then use that as a first cut for road speed. Also - if the thing already exists, in another OOB - use its figures etc. Then remeber that tracks and multiple wheel drive cost 2MP for a clear terain hex, 2WD take 3 etc.
