Just checked the Bundeswehr website.
They make no mention of the IT-600 in their 'current weapons' page, so surely not in service yet. (

On the other hand, it is briefly mentionned in the
'future infantry' (IdZ) projects page, which means it should be in the operational trials stage. Now for an IOC date...
For reference, here is an
