I sure wish Ulm would randomly send me gold ...1/5th of my population in my capital decided to vanish after I got a shark attack the previous turn -.-. Someone should check the income graphs for Ryleh for a nice chuckle XD.

It's actually very easy. Don't worry, I don't think it was you, but I'm pretty sure someone's been monkeying around with it. I've sent Bluebird a PM explaining the situation and asking what he thinks should be done.
