Re: I MISSED MY DATE BECAUSE OF DOM III!!
that is the best story yet
the devs should use this to promote the game: "so good you'll totally forget about your date…"

ok maybe not |

You mean, "so good you'll totally forget about your date.... Until afterwards!"

And of course I missed the call because I was too busy debating Atlantis vs. Midgard. so here I am sitting at home alone on Saturday night ... I think I'll play some more Dom III. How could this be?! Dom III HAS RUINED MEEEEE!!!!!

PS. It's ok, I called and apologized and we're going to reschedule XD.

Damn...sorry KB, I guess this is my fault sort of..
Its a shame that you had to go anyways, the game wasn't over yet.

Eh ,as far as I was concerned the game was over the moment you started whining about your perceived imbalanced. As I said, anyone who picks Midgard in a blitz shouldn't be whining about imbalance. I'd rather hope in future games you choose not to be so sour. |

Re: I MISSED MY DATE BECAUSE OF DOM III!!
The problem wasnt that you were playing Dom3. The problem was that you were playing a small map blitz.
Thats why I dont gripe about the hosting times. If it wasnt for long hostings my life would be in shambles from all the things Id have missed, messed up, damaged myself from neglect. Thank the devs for hosting lag.

 | Eh, I only had problems with that map+atlantis combination. You gotta admit one thing however, your army was very weak, when you had to leave.
Anyways next time we talk less and play more.

 | Eh actually my army was fine when I had to leave (which was ironically enough right before I got the call since I had a hunch I was probably running late). But it was Bluebird who wanted me to end two turns in a row so I didn't build anything new or script anything and just end turn twice as soon as each turn hosted. If you recall, the only reason I decided to attack your army of sacreds was because Bluebird wanted to see one last "epic battle". Otherwise I was fine with sieging your capital every other turn until I got enough battlemagic to blast your last remaining army out of the game. Well like you said, less talk more play =). |
