What I know about this empire: they are fighting a war with the Vorlons. From what I gather, the Vorlons are giving them quite the tough battle.

Well, well, well. The UCE may just have life left in them yet. I'm not ashamed to admit it, the AI caught me pretty unawares. (It utilized tech I didn't know that they had researched ) Suddenly, their homeworld is no longer blockaded, and I'm not yet prepped to go on the offensive with them, being pre-occupied elsewhere.

So, if you want a real challenge, see if you can bring this empire back from the dead. I'd tell you that I'd help, but the UCE and Rage ... well, they had a bit of a falling out a while back... But who knows, if there is a significant regime change, perhaps the Rage would be willing to reconsider. Perhaps.
