Unfortunately the six months of C'Tis inactivity leaves the nation poorly equipped to deal with a determined onslaught of Neifel Giants. Know ye all that should the terms of the truce be rejected by Neifel, the nation of C'Tis will fight honorably to the demise of its last serpent citizen.
