Caelum!!!
Zowie!
Am I reading the graphs right? Does Caelum have 3 VP's already? This will be a VERY short game if Caelum's neighbors pussyfoot around!

Yes. Caelum has corrected me. It looked like 3 on the graphs. But, TWO is a very good early start!!!!!
VP's are granted every summer. The game started in the Spring. After the first summer, it will be every 12 turns.
