Default \"Heart of Life\" Chestwound -- Can it be Healed ?!?

Can it be healed in the normal ways afflictions are healed -- or is it unhealable?

I dont think it can but i could always be wrong (although if the commanderwho had it died, was revived and no longer had the heart it could probably be healed)

IIRC it can't be healed as long as the heart is inside.
However, getting rid of the heart (probably by killing and reviving the commander) should allow the affliction to heal.
