It's a plain text file, for us Windoze users I've put it in Excel format, much more practical

You're allowed to do that, but keep in mind I'll add more columns and spells (national) in future. You may have additional work to do later if you use it now.

That's okay. I might have a bit differing ideas on how to format the thing to best suit the purposes I'm envisioning, so I don't mind. I've got something of a track record of jotting down stuff from Dominions at this point anyway.
