Immortality Bugged. (?) Developer Attention Please
This is the 2nd time a Wraith Centurion died permenantly on me, so I'm trying to see if anyone else has problems with immortality.
Attached is a save game where you can see a battle where my Wraith Centurion dies in heavy friendly dominion, yet doesn't respawn in the capital. (you can see the battle, the province where he fights under friendly dominion, and the capital - free from any Wraith Centurions)
What are other people's experiences?
EDIT: Modified the title a bit because I'm hungry for attention

Mystery Solved?
Mystery Solved?
This is 100% a bug.
I'm guessing this is because the Wraith Centurion is a summoned immortal.
How do I know?
Check out this 2nd save, I attacked the province where the centurion died, and if you watch the replay you can see that the same centurion has joined the independants and is fighting against me :O
Another guess would be that Illwinter tried to do something like make immortals revive in their home province. The Wraith Centurion has no home province because he was summoned, so he thinks his him is with the independants he died fighting and respawns there (and joins their side).
This really puts EA Ermor at a disadvantage, since summoned immortals is one of the best weapons they have.

Re: Is Immortality working for anyone?
Hehe! Now there is an interesting bug! Immortal, but may not return loyal to the people who sent him to his previous death!

That's not the province he was summoned into, is it? Do you get him back if you capture the province and kill him in the process?

He was summoned into the capital, and when I killed him he just died (and never to appear again. [unless he respawned in the independants capital ])

Re: Mystery Solved?
The only non- pretender god unit case I can think of in Dom3 was a demilich dying when fighting independents and it returned to the capital fair and square, and I hadn't summoned him there originally. I've never encountered the sort of behavior you describe.
