Thanks all for trying folks. In the end I missed the turn, wich obviously sucks, but at least it didn't happen while I was at a critical stage of a war or anything. (And I'll have loads of golds to cheer me up in the next turn

)

Turn 19 arrived just fine btw, no idea why 18 was such a dickhead. Anyways, I'm going to take a look what happened in the turn I missed now.
