Re: request for pause

Re: request for pause
I have some work to do on the machine, will have to restart several times. I'll post a message here when the new turn is ready (at which point the server will be stable for a while.)

Re: request for pause
I'm going to take my turn and then patch this evening. Sorry I'm taking so long but my turns are very complicated.

Re: request for pause
That is oki, you are fighting on many fronts so that is to be expected.
In my opinion the game is very good, high level of skill as far as I can judge and pretty open as to who will win.

Re: request for pause
Yea, i too am happy with a slow schedule, my turns are also complicated, this is quite an epic struggle.
As far as victory goes, well, i haven't quite given up hope, but it seems a very distant shore. I suspect Marignon's going to get clobbered, but that would still leave four great powers. Nobody's going to be able to take out R'yleh and the other three of us have very strong defences.
And i agree, this game has the highest overall level of skillfull play of any i have been in. One fish in a game this size is definatly a record, and all of the smaller nations have earned glory points for stalwert and/or creative play. It's a pleasure to be a part of. My only complaint is a lack of write ups since Baalz left. I'm afraid RL is hectic for me, and i have not been feeling creative lately.
