Soul Gate - Missing from Manual?

Soul Gate appears as an Ermor AE global enchantment as a Conjuration Level 8 ritual. It's not in the manual - does anyone know if it is available to any other nation/ age?

The manual doesn't have a section for nation-spesific globals.

There's no Soul Gate, but Pangaea of all ages has access to Carrion Woods. It might still be bugged (in that it kills population way too fast).
