IMHO you may conquer a sufficient number of VP to win faster than Oceania, considering all but one are on land. But it's nice if you let me a chance by spending 30 turns trying to take the seas.  |

DrPraetorious, can you change the port of the server? Perhaps port 1025 is blocked for me. I know this has worked before in a blitz.
