Only bit of Info I can forward is that quite often the British Mini-mi's are fitted with a SUSAT sight.

I would say a number of larger Western nations have equiped their Minimi/M249 type weapons with optics at present, but I don't know how this affects accuracy calculations. Furthermore, when these weapons were first deployed it was largely without optics.
