It's not an interpretation! It's simply just what you said.

If I agree to your desired NAP, then you agree to stay on your side and leave #83 for me.

The proposal might have been ridiculous, from your point of view, but you were its author! I had to laugh and immediately agree!

Of course I could surmise your evil intentions, but even if your promise was counter to them, shouldn't you be bound by what you put in writing and agreed to?
