Can MP noobs play? This would be my second game ... and the first one started the day before yesterday =)
You could give more info about the game; Age and how many players are a good start (as suggested). Also rules about diplomacy and such ...

Game will be EA and mid size map so about 15 provinces pr player.
number of players is just after how much response i get.
Players of all skill levels welcome.
