Buying in Europe
Hi! Is there an online store based in Europe that sells Dominions 3? I live in Italy and I'd like to avoid to wait weeks for the mail and to pay huge import taxes.

Re: Buying in Europe
Hello,
well, personally I just know about a German store ( www.ixsoft.de), but most likely there are other online stores in Europe which offer Dom3.

Re: Buying in Europe
I ordered from Tuxgames ( http://www.tuxgames.com/) who are in UK (so no import fees), got it delivered to Poland within a week.

Re: Buying in Europe
Thanks! Probably a stupid question: as far as I know tuxgames sells games for linux, but I suppose that the same edition works both for WinXP and Linux, right?

Re: Buying in Europe
I live in the UK, ordered Dom3 from shrapnel themselves, arrived in less than a week and no import taxes to pay. Its also nice and thin package, so should go through your letter box fine.

Re: Buying in Europe
Valgua I live in Italy too, I bought it from Shrapnel Games, it arrived in 10 days. It did not fit inside my letter box, so the postman ringed the bell and delivered the package directly. If nobody's around they could leave the package close to the letterbox (goods from Play.com are delivered this way).
The game is quite expensive but you pay in US dollars, so the change is quite favorable at the moment.
I did not have to pay the extra customs fee sometimes needed for packages coming from outside EU...
