1. Yes, see sig below. You need Open Office to read the DB and opening it will be murder on your machine but once open, it will work quite nicely. Contains the gold cost of every single unit except unit 0 (no one) because that one cannot be modded to be recruitable.
2. It's on the bug shortlist, yes, but whether or not it gets corrected in the next patch is up to the devs, not me. I just list them so it'll be easier to keep track of all the issues so that major ones can be done immediately and lesser ones taken care of on later occasion if there are time constraints.
