As abysia I lost most all of my sages near the middle end of the game.

Yeah, but burden of time came after the second late winter age check. I think.

Just to check, when you say double bless is restricted, does that mean you can't have 2 paths that are 4 or above?

It means you cant have two paths that are 9 or above. Fire9+Water9 is not okay. Fire9+water8+nature8 is okay but probably not worth it.

Thanks! One more question, how much research does a sage produce? I'm looking through the unit stats and I can't seem to find the sage unit. What nation normally recruits it?

nevermind, I found it, they have research 4 and astral 1 =)
