Or send him to a barren province and ask him to summon giant armies of storm demons - and then send them all to attack your enemies, kill their armies, and raid their provinces.

Does this mean there's more demon leutenant-types down the line? sn extra heliophagus? a couple more arch-devils?

It'd be interesting to know-I'd really like to see "neutral" forces get more of a leg up over player-nations.

Kinda-sorta-maybe-not along those lines, it would be fun to have a map in which it was the player-nations vs the "forces of the Pantocrator". Have a major power neutral nation of all new unit types led by a "Pantocrator-Pretender" and force the players to ally and take the "Pantocrator" out before they duke it out themselves.

Just a thought.
