Why to buy ATGM AFVs?

The advantage I see in ATGM carriers is their mobility. At least in the US OOB, Unit 212 TOW Jeep and Unit 222 TOW Team both cost 50 points. The TOW Jeep, however, moves at speed 24, while the TOW Team moves at speed 3. Is this an advantage when compared with your play style? I don't know. But it is an advantage in on category.
