Its hard to find people who will mod for years and years every time a patch comes out.
We had modders in the beta group but we wore them out.

I think that's another sign that you should rotate them out. I mean, that's what you do to high-wear parts, right?

Well its not like any old volunteer can jump in. 
But it might be a good time to look at the posts of some of the modders.

I completely agree!
The beta testers should be judged on their performance of finding bugs... the worst performers should be dropped and replaced.

I think you can go better when it comes to motivating them... Imagine how hard they'd work if instead of being replaced, the worst performers were eaten by bears! |
