I'll update the first mod sometime tomorrow. The description of the Obsidian Medium is hideous in this version. I'll replace it with Xietor's version, which is almost poetic.

I'll probably tone the Monkey King down a bit, to keep it identical with the version in Xietor's mod. It's a bit too powerful if you start with it and prophetize it. Even 15 hp with 100% regen is too much that early in the game. I don't know what he'll decide to do with it yet.

That monkey king is a rascal. I tried to teach him humility-and failed. I love the themes of these two heroes.

While I loved DnD, I was never a good DM. Thinking up good themes is very time consuming and does not come easily.

Endoperez likely was a good DM.

fyi, I also had created a monkey king pretender in my Mytheology mod... not that there's not room for multiple versions of this trickster

Both mods have been updated to version 1.00. Obsidian Medium got a well-deserved description fix, and Monkey King got toned down. Everyone who liked Brothers of the Cave should download the new version, because the original description is horrible. Monkey King 1.00 is just a balance fix, and if you don't want the bugger to lose 100% regen and stealth, DON'T download the new version.
