Unused population types

While looking through Edi's poptype database I see several poptypes I've never encountered in the game.

Has anybody seen any of these in-game:
poptype 69 - Asmegs
poptypes 61, 66, 67, 70 - Vaettir, especially the fancier ones with trolls/dwarf smiths/svartalfs
poptype 71 - trolls
poptype 83 - toad tribals?

I've definitely seen trolls and been able to build them from the province.

Toiad tribals are active, but only appear in coastal provinces. Trolls/vaettir (61) are active but very rare. The rest are special poptypes and appear only when scripted in the map file. At least they were in Dom2, and I've yet to see them in Dom3. Not saying much though, as I've not played that much.

OK, thanks for info. In Dom2 a lingering bug caused several poptypes not to appear (crystal amazons, mermen), that's why I asked.
