Okay, the game will now start automatically as soon as Ulm's pretender is in (tomorrow morning Europe time, apparently). Let's hope I didn't screw anything up...

We're off! Good luck everyone. You should all have received your first turn file at the e-mail address you sent your pretender from.

The first turn has a 48 hour timer, in case of problems - after that we're on to 24 hours.

I'm going away for the weekend in a few hours, to visit my girlfriend's parents. I'm allowed to take my turns (she actually finds it quite interesting), but strictly forbidden from doing anything server related. So, I hope there are no problems. If you get stuck working out how to play your turn or something, please post here and I'm sure the other players will help.
