- Add-10 changed to SHIFT-click
- Add-50 changed to CTRL-click
(To better match the existing SE4 UI)

- Game Screen will minimize while the turn processes, and restore when complete.
- Processing progress dialog is now draggable
- Combat Replay dialog is now draggable
