If you have paid for your membership into the "Soulrend Fan Club" and have received the official autographed photo of your hero triumphant atop a mound of starspawn corpses you will be exempt from his wrath. Soulrend realizes he wouldn't be where he is today without his dedicated fans.

This, of course, cannot apply to the starspawn scum.
