In case you still need some tips:
Turn 2: Hag
move south and occupy the only city outside elf archer statues
Turn 4: Hag (and you start influencing the 2nd city)
Turn 5: bring 2nd hag into attack position
Turn 6: make a hag in the south city
Attack the statue from the wood next to it, taking 1 point of damage retaliation. Attack the statue again with the 2nd hag
Turn 7: make another hag; kill the statue with the new hag
attack the south statue from the nearest square taking 2 damage retaliation, move hag 2 on the city, which is now out of range of statues
Turn 8: make another hag; kill the south statue etc.

take the gold mine as soon as possible. Continue making hags until turn 10
You should win this way...
