Umm... Is it just me, or do those percentage numbers not add up to 100%?

I play SP, and either bail or adopt projects after victory is obvious. Projects include SC builds and experimenting with spell combinations (last interesting one was Astral Corruption + Infernal Prison to allow my high end spellcasters to continue to use non-Blood spellcasting).
