I sent a report once - and the changes were on the patch changes list only a few days after that!

I will add that while the game turn time is improved I am still seeing slow menu/list response in a large game. Waiting more than 5 seconds for a menu to display starts to get old, when the wait approaches 10 seconds it gets frustrating. Here's hoping there is still room for improvement in some of the menu display times.
