Re: Chinchilla - Delay game?
I've really played poorly too. I only started rallying after being attacked. I conquered too slowly early; too many turns wasted repositioning forces instead of taking indies; and the best one is that I went and cranked my home province taxes to 150 and then forgot to turn it back down even after I moved my patrolling forces out. I suddenly couldn't build any mages or troops at home and then saw why and that was a serious doh! moment. Ah well, still been fun.

Re: Chinchilla - Delay game?
I hear you.
I didn't recruit a researcher until turn 7. And I expanded too slowly as well. Waited too long to build my second castle. Went Drain 2. And mismanaged my Pretender a bit.
Still gonna take you out, though. ; )

Re: Chinchilla - Delay game?
Sorry for the late notice - I am going to be out of town this weekend. I will take turn 26, but can we delay the next turn until sometime on Monday?
thanks!

Ok, I'll delay it.

Re: Chinchilla - Delay game?
Wow.
Something like 6 marshmasters, 4 lizard kings, and 200 troops versus an opposing army of 7 arch theurgs, a prophet, some random legate, and 200 troops.
Would you mind posting the battle in a few turns (5 or so), parcelt?

Re: Chinchilla - Delay game?
I assume that we are not playing with Vegas rules in this, correct?

Refresh my memory please. Vegas rules means "Nobodies word is any good, but let's all make NAP agreements anyhow." Do I have that right? I only read about Vegas rules once and I may have been confused as to the meaning.
I don't believe that Vegas rules were mentioned one way or the other in this thread until now.
