Re: Never ask a lady her age
I had the nagging suspicion that you were a remarkably talented youth, Shovah, if you'll please forgive the term.
Nice to know I can still read people a bit. Not that you've ever acted in an "immature" way that I've noticed, or in a way that would point to your age-which is to your credit. It's just that you shine brightly, if you take my meaning, more brightly than someone who's been hammered by the world as much as I have expects from an older person, even one to whom the years have been gentle.

P.S. A good case of angsty adolescence will last until you're in your mid-20's.

Re: Never ask a lady her age
26 over here (ooo lookie, I fit into KO's demographic!).
I'd also like to state a prediction that DOM fans tend to be more educated that average. What with the immense complexity of the nations and all and the mythology and history thrown in. It's a lot more in depth than just running around killing things.
I HOPE I'll be playing games and whooping it up with I'm in my fifties. That sounds awesome!

Re: Never ask a lady her age
Well, if we're not that educated to begin with, we get that way fast. That's part of the game experience, there's so much to learn.

Re: Never ask a lady her age
I have to disagree about the education. I've met a number of 4X gamers who know a lot who nevertheless didn't make it through college.
That is, assuming we're talking about a classical education.

Re: Never ask a lady her age
I'm 42. It's the answer to life, the universe, and everything you know. So I should be unstoppable in all the MP games.

Being addicted to 4x games has a way of keeping you from graduating college
