To my allies: all existing agreements with the nation of Atlantis will be honored for as long as those worthy beings desire. My allies need not fear.

While my beloved waves are and shall ever be my home, I come. You may think yourselves safe because I am not (at present) on your border. Do not be a fool. Just as the sea spray rises invisibly into heaven to later fall as rain upon all lands, so shall my armies fall upon your nations. Oceania’s time is almost done. I come.

Lawgiver, the waves whisper your name. I can scarce believe what they say. We have prepared a special place for you, down in the deep where sunlight is but a myth. Soon, yes very soon, you shall be our special guest. Yessssss.
