4 - DrPraetorius, Burnsaber

Do we want to random the themes, or engage a bid/draft process? I'm fine with bid/draft, but I've never hosted one, so someone with more experience will have to run that part of the game.

Yee-haw! Wih DrPraetorious at my side, I.. oh.. WE can't lose!

I'm not sure if we need to bid. The teams look quite balanced to me. But, two questions.

1) Do we get some to familiarize ourselves? I might end up with a nation I haven't played so much with (for example last time I played Arco or Man was in Dom:PPP). Couple of days should be enough. If people are eager to start I'm sure that we could come to an agreement with DrPraetorius where he plays something I'm not familiar with.

2) What are the victory conditions? The usual "others quit" or something else? I think capitol VP's should be in the spirit of this experiment.
