OK, now if you're looking for single icon SHP, I fear you are, shall we say, stuck. There's the 0054, 57 and 59, which I should think you already used (I know I did), and then there's only minimal room left over in files 121, 5 and 7.
Look for image indexes of the "{xyz, -1}" or "{xyz, 6976}" form in the icon list.
